Terms

These terms explain how the top 100 people on our waitlist become Pride Pass founding members, and what founding members get.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

The short version

01

Top 100 by points

When the app launches, the 100 people with the most points become founding members. It’s not first come, first served.

02

Share to climb

Earn 10 points for joining, 30 for every friend who signs up through your link and 5 per social task.

03

Free for life

Founding members get free Standard membership for life, first access to the app and a founding member badge.

1. About these terms

These terms cover the Pride Pass founding member offer. It’s run by Pride Pass UK Ltd (company number 17508391), 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX (“Pride Pass”, “we”, “us”).

By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we use your data.

It’s free to take part, and you never need to buy anything.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.

2. Who can take part

To take part you must:

  • be 18 or over

  • live in the UK

  • sign up with your real name and an email address that’s yours

It’s one entry per person. If you sign up more than once, we’ll only count one entry and may remove the others.

Pride Pass directors, employees and the people they live with can’t become founding members.

Before you become a founding member, we may ask you to confirm your age, identity or where you live.

3. How the top 100 works

At launch, the 100 people with the most points become founding members. That’s the top 100 by points, not the first 100 to sign up.

You can keep earning points right up to launch day. We’ll email everyone on the waitlist at least 7 days before launch with the exact time the rankings close.

You can see where you stand on the leaderboard. It shows points next to partly hidden email addresses, never names.

If two or more people are tied at 100th place, whoever reached that points total first ranks higher.

4. Points and referrals

  • Joining the waitlist: 10 points

  • Each friend who joins through your referral link: 30 points

  • Each social task, such as following us: 5 points

A referral only counts if your friend is new to the waitlist, confirms their email and meets the rules in section 2. Referring yourself doesn’t count.

We may check that social tasks were done. We may remove points if a task wasn’t completed or is later undone.

Points have no cash value. They can’t be sold, swapped or transferred.

5. What founding members get

  • Free Standard membership for life

  • First access to the app, before it opens to everyone

  • A founding member badge on your profile

“For life” means for as long as Pride Pass offers Standard membership, you keep your account open and you follow the app’s terms. If we ever stop offering Standard membership, we’ll give you an equivalent free membership instead.

Founding membership is personal to you. It can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

Each venue sets its own perks, and these may change over time.

6. Claiming your place

When the rankings close, we’ll email each founding member at the address they signed up with.

You’ll then have 30 days to claim your place by following the instructions in that email. If you don’t claim it in time, or you don’t meet the rules in section 2, your place goes to the next person in the rankings.

Around launch, check your spam folder and keep your email address up to date.

7. Fair play

We want this to be fair for everyone. We’ll remove points or entries if we reasonably believe someone has:

  • used fake, duplicate or disposable email addresses

  • used bots, scripts or other automated sign-ups

  • bought, sold or swapped referrals

  • spammed people who didn’t want to hear from them

  • broken these terms in any other way

Sharing your link with friends, group chats and your followers is absolutely fine.

If we find cheating after someone becomes a founding member, we may remove their status. We’ll tell you if this happens, and you can ask us to look at it again.

8. Launch timing

We haven’t set a launch date yet. When we do, we’ll announce it by email and on our website.

We’re working hard to launch, but we can’t guarantee when it will happen. If Pride Pass doesn’t launch, the offer ends and no founding member perks will be given.

9. Changes to the offer

We may need to change or end this offer, for example because of a legal requirement, fraud or something outside our control. If we do, we’ll tell you by email and update these terms. We’ll only make changes that are fair and reasonable.

We won’t take perks away from anyone already confirmed as a founding member, except as set out in sections 5 and 7.
